Good news for people with any color but GREEN THUMBS!

Anyone who knows me, knows I have silk plants in my house. The reason? Nothing will live. I have tried several times to plant and grow something, but lo and behold it dies…. Well good news! I'm actually growing a healthy producing tomato plant! HALLIUJAH will wonders never cease? Here is how I did it:

I bought one of those hang upside down “Topsy Turvy” planters which I hung in a sunny place. I bought a healthy “early girl” tomato plant and planted it in the Topsy Turvey. I used only good potting soil and half way up the bag, I put in one pot full of used coffee grounds and some old pieces of tomato I had left over from the night before salad (as compost). I then fill the rest up with the potting soil. The key I found was to water it with a gallon of WARM water right after the transplant… I learned tomatoes need warmth, like a green house effect. So I then watered 2 times a day with 2 cups/16oz of WARM water each day… I can’t believe all the tomato flowers I am getting. Try it… you’ll like it!! And so will the family!!!
